If their mentor isn’t readily available and they need someone to talk to, teachers can turn to our live chat anytime during the day, Monday through Friday. Whether they need to speak to an expert before or after an observation, get a recommendation or question answered, or simply vent to someone, they have that option.

The vlogs section is helpful for tips or ideas on time management, assessments, small group work, and more. With 15-second to 5-minute videos, teachers can access over 50 videos right away and find resources that fit their schedules or needs or request a vlog topic on the discussion board.

Live monthly virtual sessions focused on new teachers' key challenges that will crop up at different points throughout the school year. Your teachers will discuss best teaching practices, collaborate, and reflect on areas for improvement. All PDs are recorded and available to watch later on.

Advice and guidance on a wide range of topics, such as classroom management, avoidant behaviors, differentiating instruction, and more. If teachers don’t see what they need, they can request additional content via the discussion board or privately with their mentor. They will also receive a monthly newsletter filled with tips and additional resources.
